The invention relates to a high-strength heavy-load rocket hoisting auxiliary reinforcing beam. Comprising an upper beam assembly, a lower beam assembly and two lifting lug assemblies, the two beam assemblies are in butt joint, and the two lifting lug assemblies are located on the inner sides of the butt joint positions; the upper square beam assembly comprises an upper U-shaped main beam, upper lifting lug mounting holes are formed in the outer portions of the two sides of the upper U-shaped main beam, and a plurality of transversely-through upper fastening screw mounting holes are formed in the two ends of the upper U-shaped main beam. The lower square beam assembly comprises a lower U-shaped main beam, lower lifting lug mounting holes are formed in the outer portions of the two sides of the lower U-shaped main beam, and a plurality of transversely-through lower fastening screw mounting holes are formed in the two ends of the lower U-shaped main beam. The lifting lug assembly comprises an adapter plate with an arc-shaped inner wall, an upper set of threaded holes and a lower set of threaded holes are formed in the adapter plate, fastening bolts are arranged in the threaded holes, a lifting lug shaft is installed in the middle of the adapter plate, an upper connecting hole and a lower connecting hole are further formed in the adapter plate, and transition sleeves and lifting point connecting bolts are installed in the connecting holes. The device is simple in structure, convenient to disassemble and assemble and small in required operation space.

    本发明涉及一种高强度重载火箭起吊辅助加强梁。包括上方梁组件、下方梁组件以及两个吊耳组件,两个梁组件对接并且两个吊耳组件位于对接位置的内侧;上方梁组件包括上U型主梁,在其两侧外部设有上吊耳安装孔,在上U型主梁的两端设有多个横向贯通的上紧固螺钉安装孔;下方梁组件包括下U型主梁,在其两侧外部设有下吊耳安装孔,在下U型主梁的两端设有多个横向贯通的下紧固螺钉安装孔;吊耳组件包括具有弧形内壁的转接板,在转接板上设有上下两组螺纹孔并且在螺纹孔内设有紧固螺栓,在转接板的中部安装有吊耳轴,在转接板上还设有上下两个连接孔且在连接孔内安装有过渡套和吊点连接螺栓。本发明结构简单,拆装便利,所需操作空间小。
