The invention provides an intelligent maintenance method and system for a brake cabinet, and relates to the technical field of brake cabinet maintenance, and the system comprises a brake cabinet disassembly area, a valve disassembly area, an intelligent cleaning work station, a brake cabinet assembly area, a maintenance test area and a cache area which are connected through a transfer system; the cache region comprises a to-be-repaired product cache region, a valve part cache table, a qualified valve part cache region and a brake cabinet qualified product cache region; the transfer system comprises a plurality of AGV forklifts and a speed chain conveying line. The brake cabinet disassembling area is used for disassembling a brake cabinet to be overhauled into a scrapped part, a valve part to be secondarily disassembled, an external repairing part, a pipeline and a gas path plate; the valve part disassembling area is used for disassembling a valve part to be disassembled for the second time; the maintenance test area comprises a module test area used for maintaining a module and a brake cabinet test area used for maintaining a brake cabinet. The technical problems that the automation degree is low, the labor intensity of workers is large, and the maintenance efficiency is low due to the fact that existing brake cabinet maintenance mainly depends on manpower are solved.

    本发明提供了一种制动柜智能检修方法和系统,涉及制动柜检修技术领域,包括由转运系统连接的制动柜拆解区、阀件拆解区、智能清洗工作站、制动柜组装区、检修试验区以及缓存区;所述缓存区包括待修品缓存区、阀件缓存台、合格阀件缓存区和制动柜合格品缓存区;所述转运系统包括多辆AGV叉车和倍速链输送线;所述制动柜拆解区用于将待检修的制动柜拆解为报废件、待二次拆解的阀件、外修件、管路和气路板;所述阀件拆解区用于将拆解待二次拆解的阀件;所述检修试验区包括用于检修模块的模块试验区和用于检修制动柜的制动柜试验区,本发明用于解决现有的制动柜检修主要依靠人力而导致的自动化程度低、工人劳动强度大,检修效率低的技术问题。
