The invention discloses a space capturing mechanism, and relates to the technical field of aerospace, the space capturing mechanism comprises a tail end executing mechanism, the tail end executing mechanism comprises a damping element and a plurality of viscous elements, the viscous elements are arranged around the damping element in the circumferential direction and installed at the tip end of the tail end executing mechanism, and each viscous element comprises a top seat, a disc and a plurality of laminated plates; the two sides of the top base are connected with the clamping structure and the disc correspondingly, the laminated plate is rotationally connected to the side, away from the top base, of the disc, the upper side and the lower side of the laminated plate are each provided with a patch, each patch comprises a shape memory alloy piece and a heating film which are stacked up and down, and the lower end face of the laminated plate is further provided with a gecko dry glue layer. The space capturing mechanism is simple in structure, convenient to drive, stable in clamping and low in power consumption.
