The ultra-large flow guide plate is parallel to the inner wall face of the storage box, the two sides of the ultra-large flow guide plate are bent inwards, and the whole ultra-large flow guide plate is of a groove structure. A round hole is formed in the top of the ultra-large flow guide plate and used for being connected with other parts in the storage box. The middle and the bottom of the ultra-large flow guide plate are fixedly connected with the inner wall face of the storage box through an anti-shaking plate and a support. When the surface tension storage tank works, the liquid can be quickly guided into the liquid storage device at the bottom of the storage tank from the top of the storage tank along the ultra-large flow guide plate within limited time, and gas-entrapment-free discharge of the liquid is further completed. 本发明提供了微重力条件下液体推进剂管理技术领域一种表面张力贮箱用超大型平行式导流板,包括超大型导流板、防晃板和支架。超大型导流板与贮箱内壁面平行设置,两边向内弯折,整体为“凹槽”结构。超大型导流板顶部开设有圆孔,用于连接贮箱内的其他零部件。超大型导流板在中部和底部通过防晃板和支架与贮箱内壁面进行连接固定。表面张力贮箱工作时,液体可在有限时间内从贮箱顶部沿超大型导流板被快速导流至贮箱底部蓄液器内,进一步完成液体的不夹气排放。本发明所提供的表面张力贮箱用超大型平行式导流板及其装配方法可应用于卫星等宇航领域大型表面张力贮箱中,具有液体导流能力强、液体防晃能力强和适应变形能力强的优点。
