The invention discloses a tool and process for integrally replacing a crankshaft and a base of a main engine of a large ship. According to the invention, the box type jig frame on the reinforced cabin top plate is used as a main lifting point, so that the safety and the reliability are realized, more lifting equipment can be selected, and the box type jig frame can be recycled in the future. The pneumatic hoist is used for replacing a hydraulic lifting device, operation is simpler, the requirement for skills of workers is low, a large amount of cost for employing outsourcing can be saved, in addition, the pneumatic hoist is lower in failure rate, good in safety performance and high in efficiency, supporting structural parts installed on site are greatly reduced, material cost can be saved, and construction efficiency can be improved. Due to the fact that the size of the stand column in the novel scheme is smaller, hoisting is easier, the main machine can be effectively prevented from being scratched, and quality is improved. The pulley trolley is used for transferring the machine base and the crankshaft, the track is easy to position and install, friction force is small in the transferring process, the machine base is protected against deformation, and the pulley trolley is high in universality and can be repeatedly used.

    本发明公开了一种大型船舶主机曲轴及其机座整体更换的工装及工艺。本发明中,以加固后机舱顶板上的箱体式胎架作为主吊点,安全可靠,可选择的起重设备较多,且日后可循环利用。用气动葫芦取代液压提升装置,操作更简单,对工人技能要求较低,能节约一大笔聘请外协的费用,另外气动葫芦故障率更低,安全性能较好,效率高,现场安装的支撑结构件大大减少,既能节约材料成本,又有利于提高施工的效率。由于新方案中立柱的体积更小,因而吊运更轻松,能有效避免剐蹭主机,提高了质量。利用滑轮小车转移机座及曲轴,轨道的定位安装简单,转运过程中摩擦力较小,有利于保护机座不变形,滑轮小车通用性强,可以重复使用。
