The invention discloses a propeller mounting mechanism. The propeller mounting mechanism comprises a propeller shaft front end and a propeller shaft rear end, the propeller shaft front end and the propeller shaft rear end are both arranged on the support, the propeller shaft rear end comprises a rear propeller shaft and a shaft core, the shaft core is arranged on the inner periphery of the propeller shaft front end, the left side of the shaft core is connected with the right side of the rear propeller shaft, a clamping groove is formed in the right end of the propeller shaft front end, and the left side of the connecting end is embedded in the clamping groove. A first sealing ring and a second sealing ring are respectively arranged between the left end and the right end of the side wall of the shaft core and the inner wall of the front end of the paddle shaft; a plurality of radial oil grooves are vertically formed in the shaft core, an axial oil groove is axially formed in the shaft core, the axial oil groove is communicated with all the radial oil grooves, an oil through hole is formed in the right side of the shaft core, and the oil through hole is communicated with the axial oil groove. According to the design, the machining requirement for the conical surface of the inner hole of the propeller can be greatly lowered, and the sealing fit precision of the propeller shaft front end and the propeller shaft rear end is high.

    一种螺旋桨安装机构,所述螺旋桨安装机构包括桨轴前端与桨轴后端;所述桨轴前端、桨轴后端均设置在支架上,所述桨轴后端包括后桨轴与轴芯,所述桨轴前端的内围设置有轴芯,所述轴芯的左侧与后桨轴的右侧连接,桨轴前端的右端开设有卡槽,所述连接端的左侧嵌设在卡槽内;所述轴芯侧围的左右两端与桨轴前端的内围之间分别设置有一密封圈、二密封圈;所述轴芯内开设有多个竖直方式设置有径向油槽,轴芯内轴向设置有轴向油槽,轴向油槽与所有的径向油槽相连通,轴芯的右侧设置有通油孔,通油孔与轴向油槽连通。本设计可以大大降低对螺旋桨内孔锥面的加工要求,使得桨轴前端、桨轴后端的密封配合精度较高。
