The invention relates to the technical field of ship structures, and discloses a linear construction method of a cast steel and forged steel combined stern shaft package structure and the structure thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps that a basic linear structure is determined, a hyperbolic equation is determined, a second comparison linear structure is constructed, a third comparison linear structure is constructed, strength optimization analysis of different linear structures is carried out, and welding is carried out after the optimal linear structure of a stern shaft package structure is determined. A better stern linear structure is found out, the manufacturing process is good, more flexible welding forming of a stern shaft package and a cabin is facilitated, the hyperbolic curve is selected as the line type of the forged steel part for the stern shaft package structure, when the stern shaft package structure is impacted by fluid, the energy of the fluid can be better transferred to the left rear part, and the forged steel part has better impact resistance; the impact energy can be well released, the stern shaft package structure has better structural rigidity, and most structures of the stern shaft package are made of forged steel parts, so that the weight is lighter.
