The invention discloses a railway vehicle wheel tread damage detection system and method. The method comprises the steps that a displacement sensor is used for collecting data of downward displacement of a detection rod; dividing the detection rod into N sampling sections along the length, and numbering the N sampling sections; the length of the sampling section is the product of the interval time of two times of acquisition of the sensor and the current speed of the wheel; selecting any point between the adjacent displacement sensors on the detection rod as a splicing point, and calculating the serial number of a sampling section where the splicing point is located; classifying a sampling section between front and back splicing points of each displacement sensor as the displacement sensor; and effective data acquired by each displacement sensor are spliced. According to the invention, the plurality of displacement sensors are arranged at the bottom of the detection rod, the detection rod is divided into the plurality of sampling sections, the data collected by each sensor is associated with the sampling sections, and finally the most accurate data collected by each sensor is spliced, so that a relatively accurate result is obtained.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆车轮踏面损伤检测系统及方法,该方法包括:利用位移传感器采集检测杆向下位移的数据;将检测杆沿长度分为N个采样段,并对N个采样段进行编号;所述采样段的长度为传感器两次采集的间隔时间与车轮当前速度的乘积;在检测杆上选择相邻位移传感器之间的任意点作为拼合点,计算拼合点所在的采样段的序号;将每个位移传感器前后拼合点之间的采样段归为该位移传感器所属;将每个位移传感器采集的有效数据进行拼合。本发明通过在检测杆底部设置多个位移传感器,将检测杆分为若干个采样段,并将每个传感器采集的数据与采样段进行关联,最后将每个传感器采集的最精确的数据进行拼接,从而得到较为准确的结果。
