The invention provides an anti-slip early warning system which comprises an anti-slip management platform and a plurality of fasteners, and intelligent assemblies are arranged in the fasteners, can detect the states of the fasteners and communicate with the anti-slip management platform; the fastener integrates a force transducer, communication, positioning and the like, so that the fastener is an informatization product with detectable equipment state, traceable position and traceable process; the fastener is combined with an anti-slip management platform to realize real-time monitoring of states of all equipment in a station, including full-process recording of warehousing, ex-warehouse, defense setting and defense withdrawing, and controllable, traceable and checkable informatization management of each link in an operation process is realized. The invention further provides an early warning method of the anti-slip early warning system, and by periodically collecting the state data of the fastener, abnormity judgment can be carried out, and an alarm can be generated.
