According to the automobile automatic windscreen wiper redundancy control method and system, under the normal condition, an automobile body controller receives a windscreen wiper control gear signal in a large center control screen and a gear signal of a combination switch so as to achieve control over different gears of a windscreen wiper; when the large central control screen is abnormal, the automobile body controller sets a windscreen wiper control gear as an automatic gear, the automobile body controller receives a rainfall signal sent by the light rainfall sensor to achieve automatic control of the windscreen wiper, and when the large central control screen and the light rainfall sensor are abnormal, the automobile body controller converts a point wiping signal of the combination switch into a gear switching signal. A windscreen wiper switch signal is used as a windscreen wiper gear signal, and the spot wiping signal of the combination switch is switched back to execute the original spot wiping function until the communication between the automobile body controller and the large central control screen and the light rainfall sensor is normal, so that the problem that the spot wiping function is influenced after the large central control screen or the light rainfall sensor is damaged is effectively solved. When the automobile body controller judges that the automobile body controller loses normal communication with the automobile body controller, normal functions of the windscreen wiper can be kept continuously.

    本发明提供了一种汽车自动雨刮冗余控制方法及系统,正常情况下,车身控制器接收中控大屏中雨刮控制档位和组合开关的档位信号以实现雨刮不同的档位控制;当中控大屏出现异常时,车身控制器将雨刮控制档位设置为自动档,车身控制器接收光雨量传感器发送的雨量信号来实现雨刮自动控制,当中控大屏和光雨量传感器均出现异常时,车身控制器将组合开关的点刮信号转换为档位切换信号,将雨刮开关信号作为雨刮档位信号使用,直至车身控制器与中控大屏和光雨量传感器通讯正常后,组合开关的点刮信号切换回来执行原有的点刮功能,有效的解决了当中控大屏或光雨量传感器损坏后,车身控制器判断与其失去正常通讯时,为保证雨刮能继续保持正常功能。
