The invention discloses a semi-active vehicle ISD suspension system and a fractional order control method. The method comprises the following working steps that 1, a vehicle ISD suspension structure model based on fractional order semi-active control is constructed; 2, analyzing and expressing the fractional order semi-active control method; 3, solving a variable value and a target function by adopting an optimization algorithm; and 4, performing dynamic performance simulation analysis. The method has the beneficial effects that the dynamic characteristics of the complex system can be described more accurately; and the riding comfort of the vehicle is improved.
