The heat-insulating layer and the inner wall paint of the heat-insulating spiral duct penetration piece and the inner wall paint of the non-heat-insulating spiral duct penetration piece are not burnt, so that material and labor waste caused by damage and reworking of the polishing paint and the heat-insulating layer of the inner wall of the penetration piece by a construction unit is avoided. And meanwhile, the welding difficulty during installation of the cabin penetration piece is reduced. According to the welding protection process, the workload is reduced from the aspects of design and construction, and the one-time installation integrity rate of the spiral duct penetration piece is increased.

    本发明提供一种船舶螺旋风管通舱件的焊装方法及焊装结构,该焊装方法能够对绝热螺旋风管通舱件的绝热层、内壁油漆及非绝热螺旋风管通舱件的内壁油漆起到有效保护作用,最大程度地避免施工过程中被破坏。绝热螺旋风管通舱件的绝热层、内壁油漆及非绝热螺旋风管通舱件的内壁油漆均无烧灼现象,避免了施工单位对通舱件内壁的打磨油漆、绝热层被破坏返工产生材料及人工的浪费。同时,降低了通舱件安装时的焊接难度。本发明涉及的焊接保护工艺从设计以及施工方面降低了作业量,提升了螺旋风管通舱件的一次安装完整率。
