A wind power generation assembly comprises an air pipe and a plurality of turbine generators which are arranged in the air pipe in the length direction of the air pipe, each turbine generator is connected with a turbine fan blade which achieves rotation through wind resistance, and each turbine fan blade is provided with a plurality of turbine blade bodies. The multiple turbine blade bodies form a turbine blade channel allowing airflow to pass through and enabling the airflow to flow out in an external expansion mode. A diversion fan blade is arranged between every two adjacent turbine fan blades. The diversion fan blade and the turbine fan blade are coaxially arranged, the diversion fan blade comprises an inner rotation part, an outer check ring part and an inter-fin channel, the inter-fin channel is formed by a plurality of fan fins which are arranged between the inner rotation part and the outer check ring part and are connected with the inner rotation part and the outer check ring part, and an inlet of the inter-fin channel faces an outlet of the turbine fan blade channel. According to the power generation device, when the distance between the front turbine blade and the rear turbine blade is too large, it can be guaranteed that airflow flowing out of the turbine blade channel in the previous turbine blade can flow to the next turbine blade, and the power generation performance is guaranteed.
