The invention relates to the technical field of new tire materials, in particular to a long-acting antibacterial low-odor natural rubber composite material, a mixing method and application in tires. The invention relates to a long-acting antibacterial low-odor natural rubber composite material, which is prepared by wet mixing of the following components based on 100 parts by weight of natural rubber: 100 parts of natural rubber, 5.0-20 parts of a rubber reinforcing filler, and 0.05-1.0 part of 1, 3, 5-s-triazine or a derivative thereof with an antibacterial effect. The natural rubber composite material comprises 1, 3, 5-s-triazine and derivatives thereof as antibacterial substances, can effectively inhibit the growth of microorganisms and bacteria when the spare tire is in a storage state, prevents non-rubber components in the natural rubber from generating foul odor under the action of the microorganisms and bacteria, and improves rolling resistance at the same time.

    本发明涉及轮胎新材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种长效抑菌低气味天然橡胶复合材料、混炼方法和在轮胎中的应用。一种长效抑菌低气味天然橡胶复合材料,该天然橡胶复合材料按天然橡胶为100重量份计由以下的组分采用湿法混炼制得:天然橡胶100份,橡胶补强填料5.0‑20份,1,3,5均三嗪或其具有抑菌作用的衍生物0.05‑1.0份。该天然橡胶复合材料包括1,3,5均三嗪及其衍生物作为抗菌物质,可以有效的抑制备胎在储存状态下微生物及细菌的生长,避免了天然橡胶中的非胶组份在微生物及细菌的作用下生成恶臭气味,同时改善了滚阻。
