The invention provides a low-odor rubber composition and a tire. The rubber composition is prepared by mixing the following components: 30-70 parts by weight of natural rubber; 30-70 parts by weight of butadiene rubber; 45-70 parts by weight of carbon black; 3-8 parts by weight of an active agent; 1-4 parts by weight of a tackifying resin; 5-12 parts by weight of an anti-aging component; 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of an interfacial agent; 0.5-2 parts by weight of an accelerant CBS; and 3-6 parts by weight of sulfur. The surfactant is one or more of polyethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol long-chain fatty acid ester. The specific interfacial agent is mainly added, when a tire is subjected to vulcanization reaction, the interfacial agent can promote the reaction to form a uniform film on the surface of the rubber composition, odor components in rubber are inhibited from volatilizing, then the odor is reduced, and the processing and physical properties of a rubber material are not influenced. The rubber composition has very low odor, can effectively improve the odor of a tire, and has good tire performance.

    本发明提供了一种低气味的橡胶组合物及轮胎,该橡胶组合物由以下组分混炼制得:30‑70重量份的天然橡胶;30‑70重量份的顺丁橡胶;45‑70重量份的炭黑;3‑8重量份的活性剂;1‑4重量份的增粘树脂;5‑12重量份的老防组分;0.5‑2重量份的界面活性剂;0.5‑2重量份的促进剂CBS;3‑6重量份的硫磺;所述界面活性剂为聚乙二醇和聚乙二醇长链脂肪酸酯中的一种或多种。本发明主要添加特定的界面活性剂,轮胎于硫化反应时,界面活性剂会促使反应在橡胶组合物表面形成均匀的膜,抑制橡胶内的臭味成分挥发进而降低气味,不影响胶料的加工和物理性能。上述橡胶组合物气味很低,能有效改善轮胎的气味,且轮胎性能良好。
