The invention provides fabricated building profile hoisting equipment which comprises a first moving beam and two second moving beams, the two second moving beams are symmetrically arranged on the opposite sides of the first moving beam, and moving assemblies are arranged at the bottoms of the first moving beam and the second moving beams. A telescopic bottom beam is arranged between the first moving beam and the second moving beam, a supporting plate is connected to the upper portion of the first moving beam and the upper portion of the second moving beam through rotating inclined strut pins, and the four corners of the supporting plate are in transmission connection with pneumatic clamping jaws with weighing sensors through steel wire ropes. A lead screw shaft is vertically and rotationally installed in the middle of the end, close to the rotary inclined strut, of the supporting plate, and a sliding sleeve is connected to the lead screw shaft. According to the technical scheme, during hoisting, the supporting plate provided with the pay-off roller can be lowered along with lowering of the pull rope or lifted along with winding of the pull rope, and then the length of the pull rope needing to stretch out when the hoisting device hoists an object can be effectively shortened, so that the safety of the hoisting device is improved.

    本发明提供一种装配式建筑型材吊装设备,包括第一移动梁和第二移动梁,所述第二移动梁设置有两组,对称设置于第一移动梁的相对侧,所述第一移动梁和第二移动梁底部设置有移动组件,所述第一移动梁和第二移动梁之间设置有伸缩底梁,所述第一移动梁和第二移动梁上方通过转动斜撑销接有支撑板,所述支撑板四角均通过钢丝绳传动连接有带有称重传感器的气动夹爪;所述支撑板靠近转动斜撑的端部中间竖直转动安装有丝杆轴,所述丝杆轴上连接有滑套;本申请的技术方案在进行吊装时,可以将安装放线辊的支撑板随拉绳的下放一同进行降低,或随拉绳的收卷一同抬升,进而可以有效的缩短吊装装置在吊装物体时所需伸出的拉绳的长度,从而提高吊装装置的安全性。
