The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle control, and provides a vehicle limp start control method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring driving parameter data of a target vehicle; according to the driving parameter data, torque required by limp start of the vehicle is determined; according to the torque required by limp start of the vehicle and the driving parameter data, a limp start control mode is determined, and the control mode comprises a generator limp start control mode or a crankshaft limp start control mode; and controlling the target vehicle to perform limp start in the limp start control mode. According to the embodiment, the problem that starting and driving of the accident vehicle are not safe enough is solved.
