The invention provides an automobile air conditioner refrigerant insufficiency early warning method which comprises the following steps that when a preset precondition is met, refrigerant insufficiency judgment is started; refrigerant temperature information and pressure sensor information at the rear end of the condenser are collected, and the actual supercooling degree is calculated; and the actual difference value between the preset supercooling degree and the actual supercooling degree of the vehicle is calculated, the actual difference value is compared with the preset difference value range, and whether a user is prompted or not is judged. The method is used for reminding a user to supplement the refrigerant in time so as to reduce the battery thermal runaway risk and the vehicle use cost.

    本发明提供一种汽车空调制冷剂不足的预警方法,包括以下步骤:当满足预设的先决条件时,开启制冷剂不足判断;采集冷凝器后端的制冷剂温度信息、压力传感器信息并计算实际过冷度;计算车辆的预设过冷度与实际过冷度的实际差值,并将所述的实际差值与预设差值范围对比,并判断是否提示用户。本发明用于及时提醒用户补充制冷剂,以减少电池热失控风险及用车成本。
