The present invention relates to a resin-incremented modified diene rubber which can be obtained by a method involving at least a step of anionic polymerization of at least one conjugated diene monomer having 4 to 12 carbon atoms in an organic solvent in the presence of a polymerization initiator, to form an active diene rubber having a number average molar mass Mn1, said number average molar mass Mn1 being measured by triple detection size exclusion chromatography; and a step of modifying an active diene rubber having a number average molar mass Mn1 by reacting with a modifying agent in an organic solvent to form a modified diene rubber having a number average molar mass Mn2 measured by triple detection size exclusion chromatography and a glass transition temperature in the range of-95 DEG C to-70 DEG C, the number average molar mass Mn2 having a number average molar mass Mn1 as determined by triple detection size exclusion chromatography, and the number average molar mass Mn2 having a number average molar mass Mn1 as determined by triple detection size exclusion chromatography as determined by triple detection size exclusion chromatography as determined by triple detection size exclusion chromatography as determined by triple detection size exclusion chromatography. The glass transition temperature is measured according to ASTM (American Society for Testing Material) D3418-08; a step of adding at least one plasticizing resin to the organic solvent containing the modified diene rubber; a step of removing the organic solvent to obtain a resin-increasing modified diene rubber; the resin-increasing modified diene rubber has a ratio Mn2/Mn1 strictly greater than 1.00 and a minimum Mn2 of 200000 g/mol.
