The invention discloses an electrolyte, an electrochemical device, a preparation method of the electrochemical device and a vehicle. The electrolyte comprises fluoroethylene carbonate and fluorocarboxylic ester. In the electrolyte, on the basis of the mass of the electrolyte, the content of the fluoroethylene carbonate is a wt%, the content of the fluorocarboxylic ester is b wt%, and a/b is equal to 0.1-7. The electrolyte solution used in the electrochemical device is the aforementioned electrolyte solution. The preparation method of the electrochemical device is simple and easy to operate. According to the electrolyte provided by the invention, through improvement, the problem of cycle deterioration caused by the fact that the electrolyte component requirement cannot meet different depths of an electrode coating can be improved on the basis of improving the energy density and the charging speed of a battery in a silicon negative electrode system.
