The invention provides a ship shafting bearing load measuring tool, system and measuring method, and the tool comprises an execution unit which is located below a shafting bearing and is used for supporting the shafting bearing to move up and down; the driving unit is electrically connected with the execution unit and drives the execution unit to execute actions; and the electric control unit issues an instruction to the driving unit and receives signal feedback of the execution unit. Through combination of software and hardware of the driving unit, the execution unit and the electric control unit, jacking and descending of an oil cylinder of a hydraulic system, automatic acquisition of pressure and displacement data, measurement of shafting bearing load data and automatic adjustment of the shafting bearing load of a main engine are achieved, repeated visual reading of workers can be avoided, reading errors are reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. The precision of the adjusting process is improved, and the adjusting period is shortened; the tool is suitable for main engine shafting adjustment under the condition of different ship types, and has the market prospect of wide application and popularization.
