The invention discloses a flow debugging method and system for a ship cooling water system, and the method comprises the steps: building a ship cooling water pipe network model, setting data parameters of all parts in the pipe network model and fluid parameters in a pipe network, and calculating a first flow value and a turbulence intensity value; and the appropriate valve opening degree is obtained by judging the turbulence intensity value and the flow value. And the valve opening is applied to an actual ship pipeline system, whether the actual flow conforms to the preset flow range or not is judged, and then the final execution valve opening is determined. Furthermore, reasonable distribution of the flow of the cooling water system can be realized, high-accuracy flow debugging is realized, and insufficient cooling or excessive cooling of mechanical equipment is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种用于船舶冷却水系统的流量调试方法及系统,该流量调试方法包括构建船舶冷却水的管网模型,设置管网模型内各个部件的数据参数及管网内的流体参数,并计算第一流量值及湍流强度值,通过对湍流强度值与流量值的判断,获取合适的阀门开度。并将阀门开度应用于实际船舶管路系统中,判断实际流量是否符合预设流量范围,进而确定最终执行阀门开度。进而,本发明能够实现冷却水系统的流量的合理分配,实现高准确度的流量调试,避免造成机械设备冷却不足或者冷却过度。
