The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic systems, and provides a hydraulic control system, a control method and an operation machine. In the hydraulic control system, a telescopic reversing valve is used for controlling the communication state of a rod cavity and a rodless cavity of a hydraulic cylinder with a hydraulic pump and an oil tank. And the telescopic reversing valve can be switched between a contraction position and a stop position. In the state of the contraction position, the rod cavity is communicated with the hydraulic pump, and in the state of the cut-off position, the rod cavity is cut off from the hydraulic pump and the oil tank. And a rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a rod cavity pressure control valve. When the cargo boom needs to be retracted and pressure maintaining and forward shifting prevention are carried out, the telescopic reversing valve is switched to a contraction position firstly; after the cargo boom is completely contracted in place, the pressure control valve of the rod cavity is adjusted to be in a high pressure state, so that the pressure of the rod cavity is increased; and finally, the telescopic reversing valve is switched to a cut-off position, so that the rod cavity is kept in a high-pressure state. And in a high-pressure state, the compressibility of hydraulic oil can be reduced, so that the forward movement prevention reliability of the cargo boom is improved.

    本发明涉及液压系统技术领域,提出了一种液压控制系统、控制方法及作业机械。在液压控制系统中,伸缩换向阀用于控制液压缸的有杆腔及无杆腔与液压泵及油箱的连通状态。伸缩换向阀能够在收缩位和截止位之间转换。在收缩位的状态下,有杆腔与液压泵连通,在截止位的状态下,有杆腔与液压泵及油箱截止。液压缸的有杆腔连接有有杆腔压力控制阀。当需要将起重臂收回并进行保压防前窜时,首先将伸缩换向阀切换至收缩位;当起重臂完全收缩到位后,将有杆腔压力控制阀调节至压力较高的状态,以使有杆腔压力增大;最后将伸缩换向阀切换至截止位,以使有杆腔保持高压状态。在高压状态下,能够减小液压油的压缩性,进而,提升了起重臂防前窜的可靠性。
