The invention relates to hydraulic equipment of engineering machinery, and provides a hydraulic control system which comprises an oil inlet path, an oil return path, an oil inlet unit and a plurality of working units, the oil inlet path is connected with the oil inlet unit and each working unit to supply oil, and the oil return path is connected with the oil inlet unit and each working unit to return oil. Two working oil ports of the main valve cores of part of or all the working units are respectively connected with an actuator through a working oil path so as to enable the actuator to supply oil and return oil, when the oil supply pressure of the actuator is lower than a set value, the actuator does not act, an unloading valve is arranged between the two working oil paths, and when the main valve cores of the working units receive a neutral position control instruction, the unloading valve is switched off. The unloading valve can control the two working oil ways of the working unit to be communicated with each other through the unloading valve. According to the hydraulic control system, when the valve element is clamped and is not in the middle position, the clamped valve element is prevented from conveying hydraulic oil to the actuator, the actuator is prevented from generating uncontrollable actions, and the safety of the hydraulic system is improved.
