The invention belongs to the technical field of fixing structures, and particularly relates to a microgravity simulation device fixing structure which comprises a plurality of energy absorption mechanisms fixedly connected to the inner wall of an incubator, a bottom support is detachably connected between the energy absorption mechanisms, a base is detachably embedded in the top end of the bottom support, and a microgravity device is detachably embedded in the top end of the base. A locking mechanism is arranged between the bottom support and the base, and the top end of the locking mechanism abuts against the outer side wall of the microgravity device. The locking mechanism comprises a plurality of locking parts, a first groove is formed in the middle of the top end of the bottom support, the locking parts are arranged at the top of the inner side wall of the first groove at equal intervals, the top ends of the locking parts abut against the outer side wall of the microgravity device, and unlocking parts are arranged among the bottom ends of the locking parts in a contact mode and rotationally arranged on the outer side wall of the base. The fixing structure provided by the invention can improve the fixing stability of the microgravity culture device in the incubator and reduce the influence of external factors on the internal balance environment of the incubator.
