The invention discloses a sitting posture detection system and method.The sitting posture detection system comprises a connecting plate installed in a forklift cabin, a cushion installed on the upper portion of the connecting plate and a backrest arranged on the upper portion of one side of the connecting plate, a first sensing module is arranged in the cushion, and a second sensing module is arranged on the side portion of the backrest; a safety belt sensing module is arranged in the forklift cabin, the first sensing module, the second sensing module and the safety belt sensing module are electrically connected with a sensing processing module, the sensing processing module is in signal connection with the central control module, and the sensing processing module judges and processes the sitting posture sequence of a driver. The signals are transmitted to the central control module in a signal mode; the first sensing module and the second sensing module realize sensing in a pressure-bearing manner; and the safety belt sensing module realizes sensing in a manner of detecting the position of the female buckle. The seat and the backrest can be detected at the same time, the forklift can be started only by adjusting the sitting posture, and the requirements of industrial vehicles are met.

    本发明公开了一种坐姿检测系统及检测方法,该坐姿检测系统包括安装于叉车座舱内的连接板,安装在连接板上部的坐垫,以及设置在连接板一侧上部的靠背,坐垫的内部设置有第一感知模块,靠背的侧部设置有第二感知模块,叉车座舱的内部设置有安全带感知模块,第一感知模块、第二感知模块和安全带感知模块分别与感知处理模块电性相连,感知处理模块与中央控制模块信号相连,感知处理模块对驾驶员坐姿顺序评判处理,并以信号方式传输至中央控制模块;第一感知模块和第二感知模块均以承压的方式实现感知;安全带感知模块以检测母扣位置的方式实现感知。本发明实现座椅和靠背的同时检测,并通过调整坐姿才可开启叉车,满足工业车辆的需求。
