The invention discloses an automatic identification method for a truss arm combination mode, which comprises the following steps of: adding identification marks on each truss arm in advance, and recording the length, model, weight and load information of the truss arms in one-to-one correspondence with the truss arms; acquiring identification mark images of all truss arms through an image acquisition device, and transmitting the identification mark images to a controller of the crane; the obtained images are processed through a controller of the crane, and the identity information and the permutation and combination sequence of all the truss arms are recognized. According to the method, the combination sequence of the arm supports can be automatically identified, and large safety accidents caused by installation errors of the arm supports due to human errors are avoided.
本发明公开了一种桁架臂组合方式自动识别方法,预先在每个桁架臂上增设识别标志,该识别标志与桁架臂一一对应,记载桁架臂的长度、型号、重量和载荷信息;通过图像采集装置获取所有桁架臂的识别标志图像,并传输至起重机自身控制器;通过起重机自身控制器对所获取的图像进行处理,识别所有桁架臂的身份信息和排列组合顺序。本发明可以自动识别臂架的组合顺序,避免由于人为失误导致的臂架安装错误,引发大的安全事故。
