The invention provides a method, a programmable controller and a system for preventing the running speed of a crane from being out of control, and relates to the technical field of cranes, the method is applied to crane equipment, the crane equipment is provided with a PLC and a speed regulating device, and the PLC is electrically connected with a band-type brake control loop. The method for preventing the running speed of the crane from being out of control comprises the steps that when the speed regulating device receives a stop instruction signal, the speed regulating device sends a first band-type brake closing signal to control the band-type brake of crane equipment to be closed; after the stop instruction signal is output for a first preset duration, the PLC sends a second band-type brake closing signal, and the band-type brake of the crane equipment is controlled to be closed again; the whole band-type brake action is subjected to dual control through the speed regulating device and the PLC, that is, the speed regulating device firstly executes the band-type brake action, and then the PLC controls the band-type brake, so that the probability of occurrence of hook slipping or car slipping events caused by out-of-control running speed of the lifting and translation mechanism of the crane is reduced.

    本发明提供一种预防起重机运行速度失控方法、可编程控制器及系统,涉及起重机技术领域,所述方法应用于起重机设备,起重机设备设有PLC及调速装置,PLC与抱闸控制回路电连接,预防起重机运行速度失控方法包括:当调速装置收到停止指令信号时,调速装置发出第一次抱闸关闭信号,以控制起重机设备的抱闸关闭;当停止指令信号输出第一预设时长后,PLC发出第二次抱闸关闭信号,再次控制起重机设备的抱闸关闭;本发明的整个抱闸动作通过调速装置和PLC实现双重控制,即调速装置首先执行抱闸动作,再由PLC控制抱闸,从而降低了起重机升降和平移机构运行速度失控而导致溜钩或溜车事件的发生概率。
