The invention provides a crane flow control method, a controller, a control system and a crane, and relates to the field of crane equipment.The crane flow control method comprises the steps that the current rotating speed of an engine is obtained, based on the linear relation between the demand flow of each execution mechanism and the current rotating speed, the demand flow of each execution mechanism for executing the current operation is determined; calculating the sum of the demand flow of each execution mechanism to obtain the total demand flow; and the actual output flow of each oil pump is determined based on the total demand flow and the maximum output flow of each oil pump, and each oil pump is controlled to output the corresponding actual output flow. Therefore, the demand flow of the executing mechanisms is determined according to the current rotating speed of the engine, then the total demand flow of all the executing mechanisms is determined, the actual output flow of the oil pump is determined according to the total demand flow and the maximum flow of the oil pump, and therefore real-time control over the engine flow is achieved, and stable operation of the engine is guaranteed; and unnecessary oil consumption can be reduced.
