The hoisting mechanism comprises a main beam located in the horizontal direction, a secondary beam located below the main beam and parallel to the main beam, folding supporting assemblies located on the left side and the right side of the secondary beam, clamping assemblies fixedly connected with the bottoms of the folding supporting assemblies, and lifting lugs located at the top of the main beam. The hoisting mechanism is fixedly connected through the connecting pieces according to actual requirements, a plurality of crucibles can be hoisted at the same time, the transportation efficiency is greatly improved, when the hoisting mechanism clamps and hoists the crucibles, cooperation of a plurality of workers in a traditional working procedure is not needed, the labor input is reduced, the construction technology is simple and convenient, and the construction cost is reduced. The hoisting assembly is mechanically opened and closed so as to clamp and loosen the crucible, and the stability is good.
