    本发明涉及反应釜运输设备技术领域,公开了一种大型搪玻璃反应釜转运用吊装机构及其使用方法,包括釜体和连接件,该吊装机构包括:吊装组件,所述吊装组件用于更加方便的对搪玻璃反应釜进行吊装;缓冲组件,所述缓冲组件用于在放下搪玻璃反应釜的时候进行缓冲;本发明通过第一电动推杆启动带动活动环向下移动,移动至吊装底座下方,活动环和吊装件留出卡块插入的空隙,第一弹簧支撑移动杆和卡块伸出移动槽,卡块移动至吊装槽中,通过卡块对吊装件进行卡接对吊装壳和吊耳之间进行固定,在转运反应釜的时候,吊装壳可以更加方便和快速的连接釜体,使吊装机构的安装更加方便,缩短安装吊装机构的时候,提高吊装效率。
