    本发明提供一种高速铁路预制箱梁钢筋网专用吊具及吊运方法,包括:上吊梁,上吊梁上设有两个吊耳,用于连接起重设备进行起吊;中吊梁,中吊梁宽度方向的两侧对应铰接有翼梁;下吊梁,下吊梁位于中吊梁下方,其宽度小于中吊梁,并通过升降驱动件连接在上吊梁上;钩爪,多个钩爪对应分布在中吊梁、翼梁和下吊梁上,以挂取钢筋网片。将铁路预制箱梁钢筋骨架分解成多个钢筋网和多个钢带网,通过中吊梁、下吊梁和翼梁进行吊运,实现机械智能化部品网片加工、自动化拼装,机械化换人、自动化减人,通过本申请的专用吊具形成铁路预制箱梁钢筋骨架装配式建造生产线,进行桥梁箱梁钢筋骨架的自动化拼装。
