Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: different from an existing loading test method, layout is adjusted through the pulley assembly, one-dimensional linear motion during mechanism capture test is changed into relative rotation of the coil spring, and the coil spring is adopted as external load input; large-range constant load output is achieved by reasonably matching the mechanical property of the coil spring and the boundary dimension of the tower pulley.
