The invention discloses an integral hoisting method for a drill floor module. The method comprises the following steps: confirming the mounting position of a third hook carrying hanger and turning-over auxiliary hanger; the stress point positions of the first hook and the second hook are confirmed; respectively determining the position of the first hook carrying the hanger and the position of the second hook carrying the hanger; assigning marks according to the ship bottom base line and the ship center line; angle steel with preset height is temporarily welded to the strong structures of the four corners of the front face and the back face of the drill floor module, and horizontal height punching marks are made on the angle steel to serve as horizontal height references for follow-up equipment installation; carrying out simulation loading to ensure that the precision meets a preset requirement; at least two guide plates are arranged at a closure opening of the lower half portion of each drill floor supporting leg in the circumferential direction of the closure opening, and the drill floor block connected with the upper half portion of the drill floor supporting leg and all the lower half portions of the drill floor supporting leg are located and carried; and completing positioning installation of the drill floor module based on the mark.

    本发明公开了一种钻台模块整体吊装方法,包括:确认第三号钩搭载吊码兼翻身辅吊的安装位置;确认第一号钩和第二号钩的受力点位置;分别确定第一号钩搭载吊码的位置和第二号钩搭载吊码的位置;根据船底基线及船体中心线勘划标记;在钻台模块的正反面四角强结构处临时焊接预设高度的角钢,并在其上做水平高度洋冲标记以做为后续设备安装的水平高度基准;进行模拟搭载以确保精度满足预设要求;在每个钻台支腿下半部分合拢口处沿其周向设置至少两个导向板,并将连接有钻台支腿上半部分的钻台总段分别与所有钻台支腿下半部分进行定位搭载;基于标记完成钻台模块的定位安装。
