The invention relates to a floating single-column type wind power platform mooring system which comprises a single-column wind power platform, a plurality of mooring rope sets are installed on the side wall face of the single-column wind power platform in the circumferential direction at intervals, each mooring rope set comprises two mooring ropes which are vertically distributed to form an included angle, and one ends of the two mooring ropes are installed on the wall face of the single-column wind power platform in a vertical distribution mode respectively. The other ends of the two mooring ropes are jointly mounted at the end part of the anchor chain or on the four-hole plate; the bottom end of the anchor chain is fixed on a seabed surface through an anchoring foundation, and a water drum sleeves the joint of the anchor chain and the mooring rope and is positioned on a waterline surface; therefore, the anchoring and positioning performance of the wind power platform in the horizontal direction is provided through the anchoring foundation and the anchor chain, pitching restoring torque is generated through the cable sets which are vertically distributed up and down to restrain adverse effects caused by wind tilting torque, the corresponding hydrodynamic performance of the wind power platform is greatly improved, and the power generation efficiency is helped to be guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种漂浮单柱式风电平台系泊系统,包括单柱风电平台,其侧壁面上沿着周向间隔安装有多组缆绳组,单组缆绳组均包括有上下构成夹角分布的两根缆绳,两根缆绳的一端呈上下分布形式分别安装于单柱风电平台的壁面上,两根缆绳的另一端共同安装于锚链端部或是四眼板上;锚链底端经由锚固基础固定于海床面上,锚链与缆绳相接处套装有水鼓,水鼓位于水线面处;从而经由锚固基础和锚链提供风电平台水平方向的锚泊定位性能,通过上下垂直分布的缆绳组产生纵摇恢复力矩来抑制风倾力矩带来的不良影响,极大地提升了风电平台的水动力相应性能,助力于保障发电效率。
