The invention discloses an urban rail high-mean peak transition stage train working diagram adjusting method, system and device, and relates to the technical field of urban rail train operation control, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a high-mean peak transition stage train operation constraint set according to train operation data and passenger data of a target area, comprising a train departure time constraint model, a train station dwell time constraint model, a train interval operation time constraint model, a train departure interval constraint model, a train tracking interval constraint model, a train turn-back constraint model, a station service frequency constraint model, a train bottom turnover constraint model and a passenger boarding and landing constraint model. Secondly, establishing a high-mean-peak transition stage train operation adjustment model by taking the number of passengers detained on the platform, the number of times of train cancelling and the minimum deviation of the train working diagram as targets, solving by utilizing a two-stage algorithm to obtain a to-be-adjusted train number operation data set and a train number adding operation data set, and further constructing an adjusted train working diagram. The residence time of passengers on the platform is shortened.

    本发明公开一种城轨高平峰过渡阶段列车运行图调整方法、系统及设备,涉及城轨列车运行控制技术领域,方法包括:根据目标区域的列车运行数据和乘客数据构建高平峰过渡阶段列车运行约束集合,包括列车发车时间约束模型、列车停站时间约束模型、列车区间运行时间约束模型、列车发车间隔约束模型、列车追踪间隔约束模型、列车折返约束模型、车站服务频次约束模型、车底周转约束模型和乘客乘降约束模型,然后以站台滞留乘客数、取消车次数以及列车运行图偏移最小为目标,建立高平峰过渡阶段列车运行调整模型,利用两阶段算法求解以得到待调整车次运行数据集和加开车次运行数据集,进而构建调整后列车运行图。本发明减少了乘客在站台的滞留时间。
