The invention discloses a modular track health monitoring device and method, and the device comprises a data collection module and a data processing and transmission module, a module box is installed at a to-be-detected position of a track, vibration data is collected through an acceleration sensor, and the acceleration sensor periodically sends the collected vibration data to a single-chip microcomputer; the single chip microcomputer uploads data to the PC end through a wireless network, and the PC end extracts track vibration characteristic indexes and judges the track health state through time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis and time-frequency domain analysis. According to the invention, through dual-module data transmission of the Bluetooth transmission module and the WiFi transmission module, the transmission efficiency of monitoring data after collection is effectively improved; the module box is convenient to mount and dismount and simple to operate; the stability during track health monitoring is effectively improved by adopting the acceleration sensor; the module box effectively improves the electromagnetic shielding performance of the shell; the system adopts time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain combined analysis to extract various signal characteristic indexes for mutual verification.

    一种模块式轨道健康监测装置及方法,包括数据采集模块和数据处理与传输模块,将模块盒安装于轨道待检测位置,通过加速度传感器收集振动数据,加速度传感器将采集到的振动数据周期性地发送给单片机,单片机通过无线网络将数据上传到PC端,PC端通过时域分析、频域分析和时频域分析,提取轨道振动特征指标,判断轨道健康状态。本发明通过蓝牙传输模块和WiFi传输模块的双模块数据传输,有效提高了监测数据在收集后的传输效率;模块盒便于安装拆卸,操作简单;采用加速度传感器有效提高对轨道健康监测时的稳定性;模块盒有效提高外壳的电磁屏蔽性能;系统采用时域、频域、时频域结合分析,提取多种信号特征指标相互印证。
