    本发明公开一种轨道车辆及其车体、车体侧墙结构,该车体侧墙结构的上墙板和下墙板采用纵向延伸的型材制成,且两者之间纵向间隔设置有窗间立柱,同时上墙板的内侧纵向间隔设置有上支撑柱,每个上支撑柱的下端位于窗间立柱的上方,下墙板的内侧纵向间隔设置有下支撑柱,每个下支撑柱的上端位于窗间立柱的下方。基于拓扑优化技术,本方案以合理的方式布置型材梁柱,基于侧墙上部与下部设置纵向通长的双层型材,可高效传递纵向载荷,同时,基于窗间立柱以及上、下支撑柱形成垂向支撑架构,可有效传递垂向载荷,提高车体整体垂向刚度。在此基础上,其上、下墙板的中部墙板体均为单层型材,实现了高强度与轻量化的有机融合。
