The invention provides a logistics trolley charging scheduling method, a scheduling controller and a scheduling system, and solves the technical problem that the working efficiency of a logistics trolley is reduced due to the low utilization rate of a charging pile in the prior art. According to the logistics trolley charging scheduling method provided by the invention, when it is monitored that the electric quantity of the logistics trolley is lower than 50% of the rated electric quantity, the charging piles capable of charging the logistics trolley start to be monitored, and the reference charging piles are determined in combination with the task condition of the logistics trolley; and the reference charging pile corresponding to the charging path with the minimum power consumption is determined as the target charging pile, so that nearby charging of the logistics trolley is realized with the minimum power consumption on the premise of not delaying the transportation task. Enough buffer time is provided for the logistics trolley to flexibly cope with emergencies, nearby charging can be achieved with the minimum electric quantity loss, and the operation efficiency of the logistics trolley is improved.
