The invention aims to monitor electrocardiogram, heart rate and chest impact data of a driver through an electrocardiogram monitoring steering wheel and a chest impact monitoring safety belt, prevent sudden death of the driver, further rescue the driver in time and reduce traffic accidents. Body movement data of a driver and pressure distribution data of a seat are monitored, so that whether the driver suffers from driving fatigue or not is analyzed, the occurrence probability of traffic accidents is further reduced, the driver can visually see the body state of the driver through a physiological parameter display central controller, meanwhile, remote management personnel can observe the body state of the driver, and the driving fatigue is effectively prevented.
