The invention aims to provide a motor speed reducer. The motor speed reduction device uses an output gear connected to an output shaft of a motor, a transmission gear engaged with the output gear, a cam integrally formed on the transmission gear, a cycloid inner side gear, and a pair of wedges pressed against an inner diameter portion of the cycloid inner side gear by an elastic restoring force of a spring and tightly attached to the cam. A ring gear engaged with the cycloid inner gear when the cycloid inner gear eccentrically rotates, an end plate that finally outputs the rotational force of the cycloid inner gear, a final output gear, and the like can prevent backlash between the gears when the motor is rotationally driven, so that the seat in a rotationally adjusted state can be easily prevented from moving.
