The invention belongs to the field of airplane electromechanical system design, and particularly relates to a dual-redundancy high-low voltage direct current power supply system and an airplane power supply method. The system comprises a first distributor connected with a ground power supply through a ground power supply interface device; the first storage battery is connected with the first distributor, the second storage battery is respectively connected with the first distributor and the second distributor, the third storage battery is connected with the second distributor, and the fourth storage battery is respectively connected with the first distributor and the second distributor; the control switch box comprises four switches, the first switch is used for controlling connection and disconnection between the first storage battery and the first distributor, the second switch is used for controlling connection and disconnection between the second storage battery and the first distributor and between the second storage battery and the second distributor, and the third switch is used for controlling connection and disconnection between the third storage battery and the second distributor. The fourth switch is used for controlling connection and disconnection between the fourth storage battery and the first power distributor and the second power distributor; and each electric load is connected with the first power distributor and the second power distributor.
