The invention discloses a novel airspace sector vertical boundary dynamic adjustment method, which comprises the following steps of model establishment: 4D track prediction of an airplane in flight, control interval and wake flow interval constraint, and controller workload analysis and calculation process. According to the method, a statistical algorithm of the aircraft flow in a sector within any unit time is designed from an angle close to actual operation, pre-tactical planning of an approaching sector opening and closing strategy is carried out, calculation simulation is carried out by taking an actual area control area as an example, and the proposed algorithm can realize dynamic adjustment of a sector vertical boundary along with actual operation. The calculation result can meet the actual operation requirement, the method is better than an existing airspace division scheme, and the method can provide theoretical support and decision reference for control operation, has the practical use value, is high in algorithm universality and automation degree, can be used for prediction and can also update data in real time in the operation process.

    本发明公开了一种新型空域扇区垂直边界动态调整方法,模型建立,所述模型建立包括以下步骤,飞机在飞行中的4D航迹预测、管制间隔与尾流间隔约束、管制员工作负荷分析和计算流程,本发明基于航班计划和4D航迹预测理论,以贴近实际运行的角度,设计了任意单位时间内的扇区内飞机流量的统计算法,并进行了进近扇区开合策略的预战术规划,以实际区域管制区为例进行了计算仿真,提出的算法能够实现扇区垂直边界随实际运行的动态调整,计算结果能够满足实际运行需要,比现行的空域划设方案更优,该方法能够为管制运行提供理论支撑和决策参考,具备现实使用价值,算法通用性强,自动化程度高,既可用于预测,也能在运行中实时更新数据。
