The invention provides an urban low-carbon traffic big data detection method based on digital twinning. The method comprises the steps that weather, historical passenger flow of buses and driving data are acquired, and a BP neural network is constructed; counting the number of passengers getting on and off the bus at each station and predicting whether the station is fully loaded or not; recommending a bicycle and bus mixed green travel scheme according to the traffic big data; obtaining the greening condition of the road section and calculating a greening resistance coefficient; constructing a cellular automaton model to simulate the traffic flow and calculating the congestion index of the road section; a low-carbon and efficient travel plan is recommended according to the road greening condition and the real-time traffic flow; and evaluating a low-carbon travel plan based on a digital twinning technology.
