The invention relates to the field of concrete detection, and discloses a concrete crack detection and collection device which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle and a collection assembly installed at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle, a storage box for storing the collection assembly is arranged at the bottom end of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and a double-open type closing door is movably installed at the bottom of the storage box. The acquisition assembly is composed of a laser excitation assembly, a signal transmission assembly and a detection terminal, and the laser excitation assembly comprises a laser exciter, a total reflection mirror and a focusing lens. Compared with the prior art, the device has the following beneficial effects that the unmanned aerial vehicle can fall on the concrete surface to be detected, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is matched with the driving assembly to descend the components on the supporting frame and the whole collection and detection device out of the storage box, so that the laser exciter, the total reflection mirror, the focusing lens and other components can be leaked out conveniently, and the collection work can be normally completed; and the whole collection device is stored in the storage box for protection, so that the device has an integrated effect of detection collection and storage protection.

    本发明涉及混凝土检测领域,公开一种混凝土裂缝检测采集装置,包括无人机和安装在无人机底部上的采集组件,所述无人机底端设有一个收纳所述采集组件的收纳盒,所述收纳盒底部活动安装有双开式的关闭门,所述采集组件由激光激励组件、信号传输组件和检测终端组成,所述激光激励组件包括激光激发器、全反射镜和聚焦透镜。本发明具有如下的有益效果:无人机可落在待测混凝土面上,配合驱动组件将支撑架上的部件和整个采集检测装置进行下降,下降出收纳盒,才能便于激光激发器、全反射镜和聚焦透镜等部件漏出,这样才能正常完成采集工作,在不工作时,整个采集装置收起收纳盒内进行保护,因此本发明具有检测采集和收纳保护一体功效。
