A railway engineering machinery closed series anti-slip walking hydraulic system comprises a walking oil pump, an oil supplementing valve set, a first hydraulic motor and a second hydraulic motor. The first hydraulic motor and the second hydraulic motor are connected in series and then connected with the walking oil pump through an oil supply pipeline and an oil return pipeline. The hydraulic motor I and the hydraulic motor II are connected with the walking wheel pair; the oil supplementing valve bank is an integrated valve bank, an X1 port in a valve seat of the oil supplementing valve bank is connected with an A2 port of the hydraulic motor I, an X2 port in the valve seat of the oil supplementing valve bank is connected with a B3 port of the hydraulic motor II, and an X3 port in the valve seat of the oil supplementing valve bank is connected with an A3 port of the hydraulic motor II; the oil supplementing valve group comprises a three-way flow valve and a control valve group, an output port A10 of the three-way flow valve is communicated with an X3 port on a valve seat of the oil supplementing valve group, and an input port A8 and a control port A9 of the three-way flow valve are respectively communicated with the control valve group. Certain oil supplementing flow is provided between the motors connected in series through the oil supplementing valve set, and the situation that the hydraulic motors are dragged to cause air suction slipping is prevented.

    一种铁路工程机械闭式串联防打滑走行液压系统,包括走行油泵、补油阀组、液压马达一及液压马达二;液压马达一和液压马达二串联后与走行油泵通过供油管路和回油管路相连接;液压马达一及液压马达二与走行轮对相连;补油阀组为集成式阀组,补油阀组阀座上的X1口与液压马达一的A2口相连,补油阀组阀座上的X2口与液压马达二的B3口相连,补油阀组阀座上的X3口与液压马达二的A3口相连;补油阀组包括三通流量阀及控制阀组,三通流量阀的输出口A10与补油阀组阀座上的X3口连通,三通流量阀的输入口A8和控制口A9分别与控制阀组连通。通过补油阀组对串联马达之间提供一定的补油流量,防止液压马达被牵引出现吸空打滑的情况。
