The invention relates to a preparation method of a flame-retardant automobile interior panel composite material, which comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly compounding and mixing a binary acid olefin copolymer rich in nitrogen and boron, polyvinylpyrrolidone and a solvent to obtain a spinning solution; injecting the spinning solution into a hollow fiber spinning nozzle, and simultaneously extruding the spinning solution and a core solution in a central tube of the spinning nozzle into an outer coagulating bath to obtain hollow fibers rich in nitrogen and boron; (2) dipping the hollow fiber in a mixed solution compounded by p-phenylenediboronic acid and a metal salt aqueous solution, and carrying out heating hydrothermal reaction to obtain surface-modified flame-retardant hollow fiber; and (3) compounding and blending the composite material with natural plant fibers to obtain the flame-retardant automotive trim panel composite material. The flame-retardant automotive trim panel composite material prepared by the invention not only has excellent flame retardance and smoke suppression performance, but also has good high and low temperature resistance, stain resistance and aging resistance, and can meet the manufacturing requirements of light-weight automobile parts.

    本发明涉及一种阻燃型汽车内饰板复合材料的制备方法,其包括步骤:(1)将富含氮硼的二元酸烯烃共聚物、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、溶剂复配混合均匀,获得纺丝原液;将纺丝原液注入中空纤维纺丝喷丝头,将纺丝原液和喷丝头中心管内的芯液同时挤出到外凝固浴中,得到富含氮硼的中空纤维丝;(2)将其浸渍在由对苯二硼酸和金属盐水溶液复配的混合溶液中,升温水热反应后,得到表面改性处理后的阻燃型中空纤维丝;(3)将其与天然植物纤维丝复合混纺,得到述阻燃型汽车内饰板复合材料。本发明制备得到的阻燃型汽车内饰板复合材料,不仅具有优异的阻燃和抑烟性能,而且具有良好的耐高低温、耐污和耐老化性,可满足轻量化汽车零部件制造要求。
