The invention discloses a weight detection and type identification system for a tower crane hanging object, which comprises a main processor, and the main processor is externally connected with a display, a power supply module, a communication module, a camera, a resistance strain sensor, a potentiometer sensor and a multi-turn encoder. The invention further discloses a weight detection and type identification method for the hoisted objects of the tower crane, the hoisting information of each hoisting task in the working process of the tower crane is counted by using the model for identifying the type of the hoisted objects of the tower crane, and the hoisting information of all the hoisted objects involved in the construction period is accumulated, so that the construction efficiency is improved. And obtaining all complete information of weight detection and type identification of the hanging object under the name of the construction project. According to the system and the method, a tower crane hoisting information generation process is designed, and accurate management of hoisting object use and project progress on a construction site is realized by counting the tower crane hoisting information.

    本发明公开了一种塔机吊物的重量检测与类型识别系统,包括主处理器,主处理器对外分别连接有显示器、电源模块、通信模块、摄像头、电阻应变式传感器、电位计式传感器、多圈编码器。本发明还公开了一种塔机吊物的重量检测与类型识别方法,利用yolov5塔机吊物类型识别模型,统计塔机工作过程中每一次吊运任务的吊运信息,累计施工期间涉及的所有吊物的吊运信息,得到本施工项目名下的吊物重量检测与类型识别的全部完整信息。本发明系统及方法,设计了塔机吊运信息生成流程,通过统计塔机吊运信息,实现了施工现场吊物使用和工程进度精准管理。
