The invention discloses a variable-rigidity high-buffering undercarriage folding and unfolding actuator which comprises an air inlet nozzle, an air inlet on-off valve, an actuator cylinder barrel, a floating piston, a piston, a damping device, a piston rod, a sealing piece A and a sealing piece B, the floating piston, the piston and the piston rod are arranged in the actuator cylinder barrel; the floating piston, the piston and the piston rod divide the actuator cylinder barrel into three cavities; an air outlet of the air inlet on-off valve is communicated with an air inlet of the actuator cylinder barrel, and an air inlet of the air inlet on-off valve is connected with an air source through an air inlet nozzle; the damping device is mounted in the piston through threaded connection; the floating piston, the piston and the actuator cylinder barrel are sealed through a sealing piece B and a sealing piece A respectively. Air inlet cutting can be achieved, initial kinetic energy is reduced, the actuator is low in buffering rigidity and high in speed in the early stage of movement, the actuator is high in buffering rigidity and low in speed in the later stage of movement, the buffering performance is improved, and the large-inertia buffering requirement is met.

    本发明公开了一种变刚度高缓冲起落架收放作动器,包括:进气嘴、进气通断阀、作动器缸筒、浮动活塞、活塞、阻尼装置、活塞杆、密封件A和密封件B;浮动活塞、活塞和活塞杆安装于作动器缸筒内;浮动活塞、活塞和活塞杆将作动器缸筒分成三个腔体;进气通断阀的出气口与作动器缸筒的进气口相通,进气通断阀的进气口通过进气嘴与气源相连;阻尼装置通过螺纹连接安装于活塞内部;浮动活塞、活塞与作动器缸筒之间分别通过密封件B、密封件A实现密封。本发明可实现进气切断、减小初始动能,使作动器运动前期缓冲刚度低,速度较快,后期缓冲刚度高,速度减慢,提高缓冲性能,满足大惯量缓冲需求。
