The invention discloses a composite material pressure-bearing cabin and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of composite material manufacturing. The composite material pressure-bearing cabin is formed by assembling a composite material pressure-bearing cabin body, a metal end cover, an end face sealing ring and an inner wall sealing ring; the composite material pressure-bearing cabin body is formed by dividing a composite material pressure-bearing cabin blank into two parts from the middle section, an inner connecting threaded hole is machined in the inner side of a lining cavity of a metal lining in the composite material pressure-bearing cabin body, and a metal end cover is connected with the composite material pressure-bearing cabin body through threads. The end face sealing ring and the inner wall sealing ring are mounted on the metal end cover in a pressing manner; the cabin body structure integrating the composite material and the metal material is prepared, the purposes of light weight and high strength of the cabin body structure are achieved, the split assembly technology is adopted, and the purposes of cost reduction and efficiency improvement in product preparation are achieved.

    一种复合材料承压舱及其制备方法,属于复合材料制造技术领域;复合材料承压舱由复合材料承压舱本体、金属端盖、端面密封圈和内壁密封圈组装而成;复合材料承压舱本体是由复合材料承压舱坯件从中间段一分为二形成,复合材料承压舱本体内的金属内衬的内衬腔体内侧加工有内连接螺纹孔,金属端盖通过螺纹与复合材料承压舱本体连接,并压紧安装在金属端盖上的端面密封圈和内壁密封圈;本发明制备出了复合材料与金属材料于一体的舱体结构,实现舱体结构质轻高强的目的,采用分体装配技术,实现了产品制备降本增效目的。
